Planning & prep fee: £50 (covers setup, materials, and tidy-up)
10+ years: £20 per participant
Under 10 years: £10 per participant + 1 adult needed per under 10 for the alpaca walk (£20)
Crafts & games minimum per participant: £10
Weekend minimum charge: £250
Example for guidance:
7 children (4 over 10, 3 under 10) + 4 adults:
• Experience: £170
• Crafts & games: £70
• Planning & prep: £50
